Pivot Table Definition - Appointment Count by Create Date
Looks at all the appointments added to the schedule (created) in the date range selected and counts by appointment type with Attendance metrics. Useful to see what was scheduled based on an event, or to monitor a user's productions. For additional information, check out Pivot Tables - Defining the Elements.
Note: This table does not give you monthly totals. It is designed to show a total over a period of time.
Initial Data Set
Any appointment on the schedule, regardless of status (e.g. Cancel, No-Show, etc.)

Report Results
- Schedule = Count of appointments with appointment create date in date range
- # Completed = Count of Schedule where appointment is checked in
- % Completed = # Completed divided by Schedule expressed as a %
- # Cancelled = Count of Schedule where appointment is cancelled
- % Cancelled = # Cancelled divided by Schedule expressed as a %
- # Rescheduled = Count of # Cancelled where appointment is rescheduled
- % Rescheduled = # Rescheduled divided by # Cancelled expressed as a %
- # No Show = Count of Schedule where appointment is marked as a No Show
- % No Show = # No Show divided by Schedule expressed as a %
- # Deleted = Count of Schedule where appointment is deleted
- % Deleted = # Deleted divided by Schedule expressed as a %
